PORTLAND STREET TERRACE

The rooftop terrace was planned in three zones before staging day: a lounge area, a round dining table and a pair of loungers, all arranged around the existing flower and plant beds.

The mock-up went to the sellers first, so everyone could see the finished terrace before a single piece of furniture was carried upstairs.
