HILTZ AVENUE

Before this house went to market, I put together a full listing preparation plan for the sellers. It covered repairs, new lighting, window treatments and a better home for the laundry.

The biggest change was out front. I mocked up the facade so the sellers could see the result before any work began. The plan painted the windows, doors and frames in one modern colour and refreshed the wooden deck and front path, and the finished house came out very close to the mock-up.
